Our dedication to quality has resulted in our award of ISO 9001:2000 certification by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI).
• Float Team
  • During emergencies and unforeseen circumstances, such as a fire breakout, a Sars outbreak, flooding etc., our float team will be activated within 2-3 hours to be present at the area of such accident. The float team is trained and are experienced professionals who are able to handle any form of such crisis.

  • We are members of EMAS (Environment Management Association of Singapore), CMI (Cleaning Management Institute -U S A), BICs (The British Institute of Cleaning Services -U K). These companies support the objectives of the Institute in improving opportunities for education, training and qualifications within the cleaning industry. Through the achievement of these objectives the institute seeks to achieve better recognition and status for the cleaning industry and raising the standards. Companies who become members show their commitment to these aims, their enthusiasm for the industry and their wish to observe the institutes’ code of practice.

  • We possess a competent management and supervision team and are always available to discuss and advise on setbacks.
    
    The main objective of 360-degree feedback is to identify the developmental needs and preparing development plans more objectively in relation to current or future roles and performance improvements for an individual or a group of individuals.
    
    A 360 degree appraisal is more objective than a one-person assessment of traits and qualities. It adds objectivity and supplements the traditional appraisal system and also provides normally more acceptable feedback. It has the potential of pointing out the supervisory biases in the traditional appraisal systems.

  • Cleaning Express has been in this industry for over 30 years. Our Directors posses over 30 years of experience in this industry, not only in the local market but also in the nearby Asia Pacific Region. We are able to tap on their vast experience, know-how and resources.
    
    We emphasize on the importance of a clean and clear communication system within the organization. Workers understand exactly whom they should report to. This is a vital factor in determining how quickly a problem or an emergency when spotted is attended to by the ‘right’ personnel.
    
    All staff deployed at site will go through the same training. The purpose of this is to make sure that by the end of the 2 months intensive course, every staff will become multi-skilled. Although this arrangement is costly considering that we shall be assigning a particular post to each of our staff after they have completed the course, we insist that there should be no short cuts at all when it comes to training our team.
    
    We believe by training our staff to be multi skilled, we are indeed preparing them for any unforeseen and adverse conditions. All our workers at site shall be called collectively as ‘housekeepers’.

  • We possess a quality service and a system which is based on total responsibility for all involved with the operations of the cleaning whilst under the clients’ final control.
    
    Managers will continually check on the standards and quality of the services provided and are available at all times to discuss with you on any problems that may arise during the operations of the contract.
